Q: Is jewellery included in the Service Fee?

A: No. Jewellery is purchased separately and final cost will be dependent on the jewellery options selected at your appointment.Basic ASTM-F136 Implant Grade Titanium jewellery from Anatometal, Industrial Strength, NeoMetal, or Inari Organics starts at £25.I stock a large variety of implant-grade (ASTM-F136) titanium, 14ct gold, and niobium jewellery in the studio from a variety of luxury body jewellery brands. I’m always happy to help you select the perfect piece for your piercing! Prices range from £45 – £450 for rings and £20 - £450 for attachments. I can also order pieces in especially for you.One of the things I have always striven for is providing the highest quality and safest piercing and/or modification experience at the best value for money and price I can possibly offer. I take pride in ensuring that each and every client has a proper amount of time devoted to them so that I can answer all questions, thoroughly explain aftercare instructions, assist in the selection of jewellery, as well as perform the piercing itself! This ensures that you do not feel rushed and you have a wonderful experience. Some piercings and clientele require privacy for a variety of reasons and operating on an appointment only basis allows for this. I am thankful to Vesper for being so professional and positive. I dreamed the Tragus for such a long time but my big fear was the pain. We had such a good time talking and I didn't feel any pain at all!!!High quality jewellery, plenty of choice, clean environment and comprehensive instructions. Definitely recommend and happy to come back !

Absolutely faultless experience. I had my tongue pierced and the bar downsized a week later. Vesper's professionalism and friendliness made the whole thing so much less nerve-wracking! The piercing itself was smooth, easy and done with top notch equipment & jewellery - you really do get what you pay for. Will absolutely be returning

They’re great if you can actually get an appointment.My consultation had to be rescheduled due to a medically emergency.My piercings had up be rescheduled due to an equipment malfunction.My jewellery down-size had to be rescheduled due to a different medical emergency, and the rescheduled time I was given was wrong so I turned up when they weren’t even open, which was a 1 hour 20 minute round trip on a busy Saturday for nothing. I requested the appointment be cancelled.I’m not on Facebook which means contacting them is like talking to a brick wall: I’ll email them, get no response, but they’ll acknowledge my email if I see them in person.All this negative stuff aside, when you are there for an appointment, they are incredibly professional, take their time with you, go at your pace, and were incredibly mature and sensitive about my phobia of needles. The service I received on the day of my piercings was top notch! The piercing aftercare advice was clear and helped my piercings heal with no issues so far.I totally understand that equipment malfunctions, medical emergencies and other personal problems are not planned for, but I cannot recommend them as I’ve had such bad luck every first appointment booked with them.I have yet to receive a refund for my cancelled appointment.
